We only use the best authentic Spanish ingredients: premium Bomba rice, fragrant saffron and La Chinata Smoked Paprika, succulent seafood, chicken or chorizo, wholesome stock and locally grown vegetables. The colour, aroma, sizzle and smoke of the paellera (traditional paella pan) will create an atmosphere to remember.
