Our famous Seafood Paella. A blend of white fish and seafood ( mussels, squid, prawns) , smoked paprika, fresh tomato sauce, our own stock, garlic, saffron,  green and red capsicums, onions, parsley and lemon wedges.

Minimum paella servings: 20 (the size of our smallest paella pan)
